The Augusta County Memory Walk will be held on Saturday, September 12th at the Frontier Culture Museum to benefit Alzheimer’s research. Registration begins at 8 am and the walk begins at 10:00.

There will be a Hog Roast Dinner at Stuarts Draft Mennonite September 19th from 4-8 pm to benefit Pleasant View for a suggested donation of $8/Adults, $4/Children. Pleasant View provides residential and off-campus programs for people with physical and mental disabilities.

Apple Butter boiling for the Relief Sale will take place at Friendship Park in Waynesboro on September 12th and 19th all day long.

“I’d Like to Buy an Enemy”, a new play from Ted & Company starring Ted Swartz, Trent Wagler and Pete Nelson will be presented on Monday evening, Sept. 21 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bridgewater Church of the Brethren. Guaranteed to make you think – and to laugh! Cost $5/person.

The Virginia Mennonite Relief Sale will be held October 2nd-3rd. There will be food, fellowship, and fundraising all for a good cause. Pie pans are available in the fellowship hall for those wishing to donate items.
