Ronald and Mim Friesen would like to thank everyone for their farewell meal, gift, and help packing as they move to PA. Their new address:

There will be an evening of praise and an installation service for Beryl Jantzi as the next Southern District overseer tonight beginning at 6:00 pm at Springdale.

A Chuck Wagon Gang concert will be held this afternoon at 2:30 pm at Park View Mennonite, to benefit the VMRC Good Samaritan Annual Fund. Advance tickets are available at VMRC for $15.00. Tickets will also be available at the door for $17.00 (children admitted free).

There will be a Wycliffe Bible Translation Banquet on November 20th at the Staunton Holiday Inn beginning at 7:00. Tickets are complimentary and available from Glenn and Kathy Zendt.

Join area Christians in song at a Shenandoah Valley Hymn Sing at Park View Mennonite Church on November 29 at 7 pm. Sam and Janice Showalter will be the music leaders.
 

Prayer Concerns:

  • The family of Antha Bright as they mourn her recent passing.
  • Ron and Mim Friesen as they settle in Pennsylvania
  • Tyson Woody, a 2-year-old suffering from a brain tumor and on Hospice
  • Praise God that Robby and Susan Ackerman were not hurt when a large tree fell on their home in Newport News during hurricane Ida.
