The poinsettias at the front of the church are for you. Each family may take one home with them today.

There are some free Bibles in various translations available in the fellowship hall. Please take as many as you can use/give away.

Everyone is invited to a New Year’s Eve party at Danny and Frances Weaver’s home beginning at 8:00. Bring a snack to share.

The Stonewall Brigade Band will present a Christmas Concert on Monday evening, January 4th, beginning at 7:30 pm in the sanctuary of St. Paul's United Methodist Church to benefit the Valley Mission.

A benefit concert presented by the Olivet Presbyterian Church and Staunton Church of the Brethren will be held at the Staunton Church of the Brethren on January 10th at 7:00. A free will offering will be taken for the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank.
 

Community Christmas Events

Hanging of the Greens at Stuarts Draft Mennonite, tonight at 6:00

SACRA benefit concert at Memorial Baptist Church, Monday, Dec 14th beginning at 7:00. A free-will offering will be taken.

There will be a community Carol Sing at the Gypsy Hill Park gazebo on Saturday, the 19th beginning at 5 pm.

Christmas Eve candlelight service at Springdale, beginning at 7:30
 

Prayer Concerns:

  •  Paul Duncan (Howard’s brother) as he recovers from heart surgery.
  •  Fred Black (Howard’s cousin) who was recently diagnosed with a type of cancer in his circulatory system
  •  Those who have recently lost loved ones.
