Ten Thousand Villages is collecting gently worn shoes for Well of Hope, a nonprofit organization providing opportunities for Kenyan widows to earn income from the reselling of used shoes. Income helps to provide safe shelter for their children. Tie each pair of shoes together with a piece of yarn, which can also be used by the widows for additional projects. There will be a box in the coat room for shoe donations.

There will be an Election Day Communion service here at Staunton Mennonite on November 6th beginning at 7:00 p.m. Please see the website for more information: www.electiondaycommunion.org
