Announcements

Everyone is invited to join in an evening of Christmas caroling, a light meal, and a children’s program on December 22. Feel free to come and go as needed. Carolers should meet at the church at 4:00 and we will return around 5:00 for the meal. Each family should bring a dozen Christmas cookies to share.

Each family is welcome to take one poinsettia home with them today.

We have received an invitation to join Springdale Mennonite Church (170 Hall School Road, Waynesboro) on Christmas Eve for a worship service beginning at 7 p.m. Together, we will remember and celebrate the birth of the Christ child, our Savior. The evening will consist of scripture and readings, songs by the choir and the children, singing familiar carols, and candle lighting.

There will not be a prayer meeting this Wednesday.

Please Prayer For:

  • Peggy Blosser, now home after a brief hospital stay in PA.

  • Sue Miller (Sonya’s mom) as she undergoes hip replacement surgery this Wednesday.

Matthew 1:23, “The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel, which means ‘God with us.’”
