The richness of God’s glorious inheritance

Gathering

Leader: Come! Come with singing and shouting,
Left: singing for joy to the Lord,
Right: shouting to the rock of our salvation!
All: We come with thanksgiving.
Leader: We worship a great God, a king above all,
Left: who has created all things.
Right: To God all things belong.
All: He is our maker and our God.

Praying

Glorious God and king:
We come this day to worship you,
to have the eyes of our hearts opened,
to know the hope we have in you.
We come to listen for your voice. Amen.

Sending

May Jesus Christ—risen from the dead
and now reigning as king—
Bless you with his glorious inheritance
as God’s holy people.
